Salty Sloth is a new vegan cafe. The design approach for it revolved around infusing the brand with a distinct personality that is both relaxed and memorable. This case study walks through the core elements of the brand identity, from the unique logo to its application across various touchpoints.
The client wanted to create a welcoming and fun brand that stood out in the crowded cafe scene. The name "Salty Sloth" immediately presented a playful challenge, blending a sense of chill with a quirky edge. My goal was to create a visual identity that captured this unique duality and communicated the cafe’s core values: a relaxed atmosphere, great coffee, and a menu of bold, plant-based bites.

The brand strategy goes beyond a single logo to build a dynamic and relatable brand identity. The custom illustrations are key to this approach, acting as a visual language that communicates the cafe's personality.
This strategic design ensures Salty Sloth not only catches the eye but also creates a lasting impression, helping them carve out a unique space in the vegan cafe scene.
